What skills and experience we're looking for

This is a key role within our Senior Leadership Team at Beckfield; a fantastic opportunityfor someone with drive, enthusiasm and high aspirations to work in partnership with schoolleaders to make a real difference to our academy and young people. You will lead by exampleand inspire and develop others, building on our many successes and driving forward academyimprovement. With this in mind, we are seeking to appoint an ambitious and engagingAssistant Headteacher; someone who can help shape and deliver a shared vision for the futureand take a lead in developing the academy. This is an opportunity to be part of an importantphase in Beckfield’s journey, as we seek further improvement and to provide our pupils withthe best possible opportunities to succeed and fulfil potential.
