Assistant Headteacher job summary
Dawley C of E Primary Academy, part of St Chads Academies Trust, is seeking to appoint an ambitious and values-driven Assistant Headteacher to join our senior leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about improving outcomes for all pupils and contributing to the strategic direction of a thriving academy.
As Assistant Headteacher, you will play a key role in shaping teaching and learning, driving high standards of behaviour and inclusion, and supporting staff development. Working closely with the Trust Headteacher and wider Trust colleagues, you will help translate strategic priorities into operational practice and ensure consistency, accountability and impact across the academy.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate, challenge and support colleagues. You will demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding, equality and inclusion, and share the Trust’s values and vision for excellence in education.
