Are you an outstanding teacher with a passion for inclusion and a desire to develop as a senior leader?

Drybrook Primary School, part of the Forest of Dean Trust, is seeking an ambitious and inspiring Assistant Headteacher to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to combine excellent classroom practice with strategic leadership, leading SEND and inclusion across the school whilst contributing to whole-school improvement and the wider development of our staff and pupils.

This unique role offers the opportunity to:

  • Teach and remain closely connected to classroom practice.
  • Lead SEND provision and fulfil the SENCO role.
  • Shape and lead an area of whole-school improvement.
