We would like to appoint an outstanding teacher, leader and SENDCO who:

• Is passionate about children’s inclusion in all aspects of school life, helping them to flourish, physically, mentally, socially and spiritually;

• Has a proven track record of improving learning and progress for all children and experience of undertaking significant school improvement work

• Has excellent knowledge of the curriculum and SEND Code of Practice and strategies to ensure that the needs of all children are met;

• Would provide inspiring leadership, including in the provision for SEND provision across the school, helping colleagues to grow in their understanding of children’s needs;

• Works effectively and supportively with all families, stakeholders and external agencies;

• Would enhance the Christian ethos, vision and values of the school.
