Ebor Academy Trust is a multi-academy trust with 24 schools serving children aged 2 to 16. The successful candidate will: • Be an outstanding teacher who fosters a love of learning within their own classroom and knows how to develop this in others • Have successful experience of improving outcomes for children and can clearly demonstrate their impact on school development through accelerated pupil progress • Have a secure understanding of assessment pedagogy and have the skills and motivation to develop effective assessment systems across the school • Have high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour and work in line with school policy and ethos • Be highly motivated and committed to working in partnership with staff, parents and governors in taking the school forward
