What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Lead and enhance the quality of teaching and learning for SEND pupils
  • Hold the SENDCo qualification, or be willing to undertake the SENDCo qualification
  • Support and develop staff to deliver high-quality adaptive teaching that meets the needs of all learners
  • Promote inclusive practice and ensure SEND pupils make strong progress
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with external agencies,families and professionals
  • Play a key role as part of the wider leadership team

St. Martin’s CE Primary School is a 'Good' School, moving into its 10th Year. It currently has children from Nursery to Year 6, with one form of entry in each year.
