You will find our staff and students friendly, willing and keen to do well. Your role will involve leading our successful Student Welfare Team, which includes an Administrative Assistant for Behaviour, Deputy Head of Safeguarding and a Pastoral Manager, to shape all aspects of student welfare, from behaviour and attendance to safeguarding and enrichment. You will be enthusiastic, motivated and morally driven, with a firm belief in attention to detail and the ability to build strong relationships. You will have a passion to ensure that student welfare is at the heart of all we do and a desire to make a difference.

Brymore is a State Boarding School for boys aged 11 - 17 set in its own 60 acre site in the Quantocks, an area of outstanding natural beauty, with a working farm, gardens, workshops and sports facilities which are fully utilised in the delivery of the curriculum to over 320 students of which 130 are boarders.
