Your role will involve leading our successful Student Welfare Team, which includes an Administrative Assistant for Behaviour, Deputy Head of Safeguarding and a Pastoral Manager, to shape all aspects of student welfare, from behaviour and attendance to safeguarding and enrichment. You will be enthusiastic, motivated and morally driven, with a firm belief in attention to detail and the ability to build strong relationships. You will have a passion to ensure that student welfare is at the heart of all we do and a desire to make a difference.

Brymore is a State Boarding School for boys aged 11 - 17 set in its own 60 acre site in the Quantocks, an area of outstanding natural beauty, with a working farm, gardens, workshops and sports facilities which are fully utilised in the delivery of the curriculum to over 320 students of which 130 are boarders.
