What skills and experience we're looking for
Required for September 2026, we are seeking to appoint a positive, dynamic, enthusiastic and well qualified Assistant Headteacher to join a highly successful Leadership Team. This would be a great opportunity for an existing Senior Middle Leader or an existing Assistant Headteacher who is looking for a new challenge and to develop their career.

What the school offers its staff
Ranelagh is an 11-18 coeducational, Anglican Academy (converter) which is oversubscribed and has an excellent reputation for academic achievement and positive school ethos. The school has had four ‘outstanding’ Ofsted reports but we are not complacent and as such the provision for professional learning and development is something of which we are all very proud.
