We are seeking an ambitious and experienced leader to join our SLT as Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for SEND & Inclusion.This role includes leadership of our Speech & Language Resource Base and two enhanced provisions for pupils with Autism (ASD), alongside whole-school responsibility for SEND, EAL and vulnerable learners.We are looking for a leader with:

  • Strong SEND and inclusion experience, including complex needs
  • Experience of specialist provision or resource bases
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive school improvement
  • A commitment to high expectations for all
