Assistant Headteacher (SEND) L12 - L16 £67,898 - £75,049 per annum (Starting Salary dependent upon experience)

We are seeking to appoint an ambitious and highly motivated Assistant Headteacher to work as part of the Senior Leadership Team at an exciting time in our school development, working alongside our SLT in a school that has distinct positive values that both staff and students embody. This role offers the opportunity to lead whole-school SEND provision while working alongside colleagues across the academy to deliver an ambitious and truly inclusive education.
As Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for SEND and Inclusion, you will:
Provide strategic leadership for SEND and inclusion across the academy
Lead the Learning Support team and ensure high-quality provision for students with additional needs within the mainstream school including our ARP.
Drive improvements in teaching and learning so that adaptive practice is embedded across all curriculum areas
Champion inclusive practice and ensure that all staff are equipped to meet the needs of every learner.
