What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Headteacher in strategically leading and managing the school, they will have responsibility for developing and implementing an effective system to ensure high expectations for student behaviour and conduct; ensuring relationships amongst staff and students are positive and that a positive culture of respect is maintained.

We are looking for an inspirational leader with a proven track record in senior/middle leadership who:

  • Has commitment to and understanding of education
  • Has experience in raising standards
  • Has excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Aspires to lead their own school as Headteacher in the future.
  • Has held responsibility for behaviour management.
