What skills and experience we're looking for

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic teacher to join an outstanding team of senior leaders at The Redhill Academy. The successful candidate will lead on the development, sharing and monitoring of Teaching and Learning in the school.

The post offers an ideal opportunity for someone with drive and ambition to gain experience in a key leadership role within the Trust, and will provide an excellent platform for further promotion.
