Assistant Principal Behaviour and Welfare job summary
An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join Belfairs Academy’s senior leadership team. Due to the promotion of the existing post-holder we are looking to appoint a leader with excellent pastoral expertise.
The successful applicant will have a strong background in pastoral care and will, in partnership and consultation with the Vice Principal agree pastoral provision with a particular focus on leading the Year Leaders and the personal development programme.
