Oasis Academy Sholing is looking to appoint a dynamic and inspiring leader to join our expanding school as we “Strive for Excellence”.

The role and what we are looking for:

We are looking for a candidate who will join a successful leadership team leading behaviour expectations and pastoral support within the academy. Accompanying this will be a passion to see your ideas materialize, with a strong presence within the academy. You must have a proven track record of strong leadership qualities and the capacity to offer staff members excellent training, development, and support. As a senior leader, you will also play a key part in raising the achievement and aspirations of each student in our institution. We want you to be capable of inspiring and leading people with assurance. Candidates with either a pastoral or curriculum background would be suitable for the position.
