What skills and experience we're looking for
Your new role:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic leader who will provide proactive support to the Principal and Senior Leadership Team to ensure that the leadership and management of the school operates at the most effective level possible.
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for an ambitious and dynamic individual, who will help to shape the future of the school.
The role has particular responsibility for strategic lead in the development of behavior and attitudes and the successful candidate will work with our students to develop strong, positive attitudes which enable them to flourish.
What you will need to succeed:
A successful candidate would be an enthusiastic and strategic leader with the experience of dealing with behaviour management either as class teacher or as a leader.
A demonstratable evidence of high standards of class teaching and behaviour management.
Experience of working with children from a variety of backgrounds.
The ability to command the respect of staff and students.
