Assistant Principal job summary
The Academies are looking to appoint an outstanding leader to the position of Assistant Principal at Glenmoor and Winton Academies. The Assistant Principal post will allow the successful candidate to teach at two of the highest performing Academies in the country. Alongside this, the successful candidate will lead on other senior responsibilities according to experience and skill set and join an ambitious and motivated leadership team.
We are looking for a conscientious, dedicated team player who has excellent subject knowledge and a passion for leadership with the ability to enthuse students and staff into continuous improvement across two high performing secondary Academies.
Glenmoor and Winton Academies are two outstanding Academies and the highest performing nonselective schools in Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch. Furthermore, Glenmoor and Winton Academies are incredibly proud to be a Teaching School and Behaviour Hub.
We offer a wide range of CPD opportunities for staff pooled from a wealth of experience and expertise both in the Academies and across the United Learning group.
