Mossbourne Riverside Academy are seeking an outstanding Assistant Vice Principal to join the team. The Academy is looking for an outstanding leader to join the Senior Leadership Team. This role will be fundamental to maintaining the learning environment in which Mossbourne students excel. As a senior leader you will be a driving force in maintaining and sustaining high standards, and ensuring the successful growth of the Academy and the Mossbourne Federation.
The role will focus on the attainment and raising aspirations of all pupils to ensure that they fulfil their true potential. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to shape a growing Academy that continues to raise expectations and achievement in Hackney and its neighbouring boroughs. The successful candidate will be committed to making a significant contribution to the strategic development and moving the Academy forward as it grows.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track-record of exemplary practice as a middle leader, together with the ability to be responsible for an element of Academy development. They will also have excellent classroom practice across all key stages. The role is both demanding and rewarding and requires an outstanding leader who is robust, rigorous, pays close attention to detail and has superb communication and interpersonal skills.
