Are you an ambitious and inspirational Maths leader looking for the next step in your career? Honiton Community College is seeking an exceptional Associate Assistant Principal, Head of Maths to drive outstanding outcomes and lead our dynamic Mathematics department. You will form an integral part of our Senior Leadership team, leading on the College’s use of data and assessments, having a direct impact on the quality of teaching, learning and student progress.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will:
- Lead and develop the Maths department to ensure high standards.
- Drive student progress through innovative curriculum and teaching.
- Support and mentor staff to enhance teaching quality.
- Contribute to whole-school leadership and improvement.
We are looking for a leader who:
- Has a strong track record in Maths teaching and leadership.
- Is passionate about raising attainment and student success.
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Can think strategically and contribute to whole-school initiatives.
