What skills and experience we're looking for
Due to rising student numbers and an oversubscribed Year 7 intake for the fourth year, we are expanding our team and seeking an exceptional Teacher of Maths to join Court Fields School. We want an inspiring, enthusiastic educator who brings energy to the classroom and a passion for building mathematical confidence in young people. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking, supportive Maths Department and make a real impact on students’ learning and progress.

You would be joining a thriving and passionate team, with a diverse range of subjects and pedagogical knowledge, academic interests and expertise.
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Has a passion for inclusive and adaptive teaching practice
- Is a strong practitioner with a good grasp of pedagogy
- Is committed to ensuring every child achieves their potential
- Is highly literate and numerate
- Has a sound knowledge of the KS3 and 4 National Curricula
- Has experience of teaching GCSE Mathematics
- Has a good understanding of curriculum design
