Come and join our team at Ark Franklin, where you will benefit from unrivalled training, bespoke coaching and ongoing professional development through the Ark network of schools, helping you develop into an exceptional teacher and future school leader.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented teacher to join our team as an Associate Primary Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity to teach across a range of year groups, working closely with leaders and experienced colleagues while developing a broad understanding of primary practice across the school.
The role will primarily involve teaching classes to release senior leaders for leadership responsibilities, curriculum development and school improvement work. It offers a unique opportunity to gain experience across different year groups, learn from outstanding practitioners and play a key role in maintaining high-quality teaching throughout the school.
For the right candidate, there is a clear expectation that this role will develop into a permanent class teacher position as opportunities arise. This is an ideal opportunity for a teacher who wants to develop rapidly and gain experience across the primary phase before moving into a permanent class teacher role.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
• Is an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for every child.
• Is flexible, adaptable and excited by the opportunity to work across different year groups.
• Is enthusiastic, committed and eager to learn from experienced school leaders.
• Is determined to make a real difference in the lives of children.
• Is reflective and always looking to improve their practice.
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has the right to work in the UK.
If you would like to discuss this opportunity or have any questions, please contact Peter Watkins, Executive Headteacher, on 0208 969 3846 or email info@arkfranklinprimary.org.
Join us and help ensure every child receives an excellent education, every day, in every classroom.
