What skills and experience we're looking for

Cranbrook Education Campus is seeking a passionate and dedicated Associate Teacher to join our collaborative and student-focused learning community in September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is committed to supporting high-quality teaching and learning.

As an Associate Teacher, you will work closely with the teaching team to support the delivery of engaging lessons. In addition, you will have responsibility for planning specific learning activities for individuals and groups of pupils. You will help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where students are encouraged to achieve their full potential. The post would suit someone who either holds or is working towards QTS.
