What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an Associate Teacher who has a degree (or equivalent) to work alongside the classroom teachers in our ‘Outstanding’ Primary.

The ideal applicants will be qualified to degree level, an aspirant teacher and have the experience of supporting all abilities of children in the full range of the primary curriculum. We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking, creative practitioners, able to motivate pupils. Experience working across the Early Years Foundation Stage is desirable.

It is essential that the successful candidates have a good level of spoken English, are a good team member and are able to develop positive behaviour strategies with children.
