Contract: Permanent
Hours: 15 hours per week, 39 weeks (term time plus training days)
Required to work Monday-Friday (hours to be discussed with the successful candidate)

The Role
Due to continued growth Queen Katharine Academy are looking to appoint an additional member of staff to work with the Attendance Manager, Attendance Officer and QKA Pastoral Teams. The post holder may also be required to support with administrative duties across the academy.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and a good eye for detail as well as being an effective communicator with students, parents, and staff alike. You should be able to demonstrate excellent IT and administrative skills. The ability to work calmly, professionally, and efficiently under pressure is essential. Have experience of working within a fast-paced office environment and used to working using their own initiative. Experience of schools MIS systems would be beneficial.
