Attendance and Admissions Officer
About You
You are an organised, approachable, and detail-focused professional who enjoys working with people and systems in equal measure. You understand the importance of accurate attendance and admissions data and take pride in maintaining high standards, even when juggling competing priorities.
You’re confident communicating with students, parents, staff, and external partners, and you handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Calm under pressure, you’re comfortable working to deadlines and responding to inquiries in a busy, fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you are committed to supporting positive student experiences and contributing to the smooth running of the school and student services.
Burnt Mill is a caring and friendly school and our students tell us that when they come to school, they feel happy, safe and they enjoy their learning. This positive environment, where our students are supported and inspired to be the best that they can possibly be, enables every child to thrive. Indeed, many pupils enjoy school life so much that they often stay until 5.00 pm to continue their studies or to participate in extra-curricular activities.
