We are looking to appoint a dynamic Attendance Assistant who is motivated and committed to delivering effective support that contributes to improving student attendance and punctuality.
The postholder will work closely with the Attendance Officer and pastoral support teams, developing relationships with students and families guiding interventions for improved attendance that supports their education and achievements at Baxter College.
The successful candidate should demonstrate a proactive approach with excellent communication skills to work effectively with students, families, pastoral support teams and other agencies as the first point of contact for all attendance issues.
