What skills and experience we're looking for

Crawshaw Academy is and 11-16 Academy with comprehensive intake; the majority of whom live in the Pudsey area. We have strong links with the Pudsey Community and are an ambitious and continually improving school. We are part of the Red Kite Learning Trust and have access to fantastic training and resources in order to ensure all of our colleagues have the support and tools to do their roles excellently and, in turn, provide the very best for our students. We are looking for a forward thinking, motivated and proactive Attendance Improvement Officer to work alongside our pastoral team and our students to improve student attendance.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about improving student attendance.
  • Is proactive in their approaches, working on prevention of absence across the Academy
