What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will:

Be motivated and enthusiastic to drive school-wide initiatives
Be keen to drive improvements through well thought out strategies and policies
Be able to work closely with senior leaders and school governors to promote positive attendance
Be able to foster positive relationships with families based on celebration and challenge
Have an understanding of the wide range of needs that can be a barrier to academic, social and spiritual success
Have a sound understanding of the current expectations of school attendance (including monitoring, reporting and accurate record keeping)
Have a working understanding of school life and expectations
Be willing to complete home visits, lead meetings and liaise with the Pastoral Team and other school partners
