What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a new member to our existing office team, playing a vital role in the monitoring of school attendance. Experience of working in a school environment is desirable but not essential.
The role will include:
- The use of administrative programs such as Microsoft office, Bromcom, and NCC systems needed to record attendance, new admissions into school, correspondence/emails, reports etc.
- Using Bromcom to monitor and report on the weekly attendance to the Headteacher, supported by the Deputy Headteacher, providing appropriate paperwork where necessary.
- Working as part of the office team to provide admin support to the Headteacher and wider Leadership Team.
- Ensuring meetings and events are arranged and prepared for in a timely manner and logged on the diary.
- Being a point of contact for all enquiries, phone calls, appointments and visitors.
- Ordering resources, copying/reprographics and everyday admin tasks.
- Provide a friendly and professional front of house to all visitors and callers.
