Attendance Officer and Administrator job summary
Hales Valley Multi Academy Trust is a primary academy trust, based in Dudley, West Midlands. We currently consist of seven very different primary schools, ensuring that our Trust is a diverse and exciting place to work and learn.

The Role - Attendance Officer and Administrator -
HVT Reference : HVT751
We are seeking to appoint a highly effective Attendance Officer and Admin Assistant. You will be responsible for providing an effective and robust front of house service, admin support to the school with with a core focus upon attendance processes and monitoring, adhering to safeguarding regulations at all times.
You will be working 25 hours per week - Monday - Friday 8.00am-1.30pm (including a 30 minute break).
This is a Permanent Contract.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with a range of colleagues, pupils, parents and visitors to the school
- School office experience desirable but not essential
- Ability to use relevant technology and equipment e.g. computer/keyboard/photocopier
- Have accurate literacy skills
- Good organising, planning and prioritising skills
- Excellent telephone manner and first class professionalism in meeting visitors
- Flexible and supportive approach to the range of duties required
