Are you a people person with great organizational skills? Join our team as an Attendance Officer and become the supportive bridge between our schools, pupils, and families! You will work closely with parents and school leaders to encourage high attendance, build strong relationships, and help every child thrive in their education. We are a partnership of three schools in Diss and Scole who work closely together to provide a caring environment for our children to achieve their best.
What You’ll Do
- Build warm, positive relationships with parents, offering guidance and conducting home visits when needed.
- Meet with parents to offer support and challenge to address attendance issues
- Keep accurate daily records on MIS systems and log key notes on our systems
- Spot attendance patterns early to help create and run targeted support plans.
- Play a key role in keeping pupils safe by following core safeguarding guidelines.

- Solid admin experience, great IT skills.

Working Hours
The exact working pattern will be agreed with the successful candidate at interview but will fall within our academy hours of Monday to Friday, 08.30am – 04.00pm. There will be an expectation to be at the school gates to meet parents each morning
