Attendance Officer
We pride ourselves on providing excellent pastoral care at Hylands so that every child can thrive and achieve the best possible outcomes.
We are looking to appoint an Attendance Officer to ensure that students are in school and able to access the curriculum to give them the education they deserve. The role requires someone who is experienced in working with attendance with energy, enthusiasm, a calm manner, the ability to prioritise and a flexible working approach. They will be approachable, have sound people skills, strong written and verbal communication together with a ‘can do’ attitude. The post holder will act as a vital part of our fantastic pastoral team.
