Located in the semi-rural village of Swanwick on the Nottinghamshire / Derbyshire border and within easy reach of the M1, Swanwick Hall is an 11-18 school with over 1,000 students situated on a beautiful 23-acre site around a Grade 2 listed Hall.

The role:

We are currently seeking to appoint an Attendance officer working with the Pastoral Team, families and outside agencies to support students with their attendance and punctuality. This is an office-based role however some home visits will be required. The role involves monitoring attendance data, making contact with absent students and implementing plans to improve the regular attendance at school.

The successful candidate will be a positive person who is supportive, helpful, discreet and can engage with people in a diplomatic and professional manner. The ideal candidate will be resilient and have the ability to adapt to challenging situations and maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive information.
