  • Supporting intervention plans and contributing to evidence for formal processes
  • Monitoring and analysing attendance data to identify patterns and areas for improvement
  • Building strong relationships with students, families, and external agencies

This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, attention to detail, and the confidence to work independently and collaboratively.

About You

  • Able to manage sensitive situations with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality
  • Skilled in using ICT systems (experience with SIMS or similar is desirable)
  • Knowledgeable about attendance procedures and statutory requirements
  • Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Experience in an educational or family-support environment is desirable, but not essential — what matters most is your commitment to making a difference.
