What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for enthusiastic and flexible childcare staff who are qualified to level 2/ 3 or above, to work within the nursery setting as bank staff and potentially also have the opportunity to join the team on a permanent full time basis should they wish.

We are looking to build up a support team that we can use to cover any gaps that may appear in our staffing due to sickness and holidays etc. For the right candidates we would ask you to work up to 10hrs each day (Monday-Friday) as and when required, assuming you have the availability to do so. We will provide Safeguarding and any other relevant training as may be required to work effectively within our amazing nurseries at Kings Ash and Curledge Street Academy.

The role will be best suited to someone who has worked in childcare previously who is looking to gradually come back, working around your existing commitments.
