What skills and experience we're looking for
- Experience working with children aged 0–5
- Experience of working as a team to support families
- Experience working with parents and families
- Strong knowledge of EYFS framework and child development
- Understanding of inclusion, safeguarding, and responsive care
- Ability to support and develop children’s learning & opportunities for experiences
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to plan, assess, and maintain a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment
- Good organisational and record-keeping skills
