What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Experience working with children aged 0–5
  • Experience of working as a team to support families
  • Experience working with parents and families
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS framework and child development
  • Understanding of inclusion, safeguarding, and responsive care

  • Ability to support and develop children’s learning & opportunities for experiences
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Ability to plan, assess, and maintain a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment
  • Good organisational and record-keeping skills
