- Someone who has experience leading or assisting activities for children aged 4–11.
- Brings energy, imagination, and a genuine passion for enrichment and play-based care.
- Someone who holds or is willing to complete relevant First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications.
- Someone Works exceptionally well as part of a dedicated primary school team.
- A commitment to promoting and modelling our school vision with a desire to ensure all children flourish
- An energy to engage and motivate all children
- A positive, flexible and creative attitude
- An ability to think beyond their own role and see the bigger picture for our school
- A warm and caring disposition
- Enthusiasm to lead subject areas
