Before and After School Club Lead job summary

We are looking to appoint a suitable skilled, well-motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team as our Before and After School Lead.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, the environment, resources, documentation and communications in providing, monitoring and evaluating a healthy, safe, secure and welcoming environment and a diverse range of high-quality play experiences that meet the individual needs of all children aged 3 - 11 years attending the school’s wraparound provision.

The hours are as follows: Monday to Friday - 7.15am to 8.45am and 3.00pm to 5.45pm

They will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, have the ability to work as a team member and also be able to use their own initiative.
