Behavioral Support Coordinator job summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavioural Support Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting students with behavioural challenges, promoting positive behaviour, and ensuring a conducive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with SLT and Pastoral to develop and implement behaviour management strategies and support plans.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents to address behavioural issues.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of behaviour support plans.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on behaviour management techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of interventions and outcomes.
- Support students in developing social skills and coping strategies that remove barriers to learning and promote a culture of inclusivity.
