Behaviour Access and Inclusion Manager

Full time, permanent 

 Grade 9, 37 hours – 195 days per year (190 days term time plus 5 training days)

Actual starting salary £33,668.90 - £37,227.04 (FTE £38,626 - £42,708)

We are seeking to recruit a Behaviour, Access and Inclusion Lead to lead within Bridgeview Special School and Treetops at Bridgeview Special School to work under the direction of the principals as part of the senior leadership team taking a lead role to address the SEND needs of pupils to remove barriers to learning and behaviour.

You will have:

  • Significant experience of working with senior leaders/managers.
  • Collaborative working with SENCO, Child Protection Co-ordinator, Personal Development Lead and other external stakeholders.
  • Experience of working with children across the primary age range.
  • Significant experience of working in a specialist education setting.
  • Significant experience of working with vulnerable children and supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties, ADHD, Autism, communication and interaction needs including non-speaking children.
