Behaviour and Engagement Worker job summary

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional, dynamic and inspirational Behaviour and Engagement Worker to ensure the smooth running of the Subject Removal room. You will have direct responsibility for the behaviour and well-being of students whilst in the Subject Removal room and you will need to successfully deal with inappropriate behaviour in accordance with the Academy Behaviour Policy. To support and develop a change in behaviour/deliver the function of the Academy’s internal behaviour setup. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring individual with a passion to work closely with our students to improve the overall behaviour across the Academy and to look at implementing strategies in which students can engage. Experience in engaging with students in a classroom setting, covering core subjects would be desirable but not essential.
