What skills and experience we're looking for
Governors are seeking to appoint a well-presented and experienced member of staff to fulfil this role within school. The successful candidate will be a part of our highly skilled and dedicated pastoral support team. They will work within school with individual children or small groups of children who are experiencing emotional or behavioural problems. They will also contribute to the design, planning and delivery of training programmes for parents, teachers and other professionals.

The school provides stimulating and innovative opportunities for learning, transforming the aspirations and educational outcomes for all students and the local community. Sharples was judged ‘Good’ at its last inspection in 2019, with areas of outstanding practice.
