Behaviour Senior Support Assistant job summary

Where Possible Interviews Will Be Held On Site Within Our Schools And We Will Adhere To Our Current Covid Policy For External Visitors. Otherwise Interviews Will Be Held Remotely By Teams. Working Pattern: 39 Weeks Per Year, 22.5 Hours Per Week, 8.30am – 1.00pm, Monday To Friday. Start Date As Soon As Possible. We have an exciting opportunity for a Behaviour Senior Support Assistant to join the team at the Three Rivers Academy. Under the direction and supervision of the Lead Behaviour Manager (LBM) this role supports the school in the implementation of the Behaviour Protocols by supporting all students in isolated learning with accessing the curriculum. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and listening skills with a commitment to helping. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 GCSE’s at Grade C or above (including Maths and English) or equivalent. Experience of working in a similar environment would be preferred.
