At Holmleigh Park High School, we believe that continuity in learning is essential to pupil success. We are looking for a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team and play an important role in supporting teaching and learning for children working in our Behaviour Department.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants to make a positive impact in a school environment. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will supervise students with additional needs, monitoring and marking their work.
You will play an important role in supporting pupils' progress, promoting positive behaviour and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the school.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will:
- Demonstrate knowledge of how to work with children with challenging behaviour
- Be committed to improving the life chances of young people and be motivated by a desire to provide high standards of service delivery
- Show commitment to the safeguarding of children
