Behaviour Support Assistant required for September 2025
Salary Level 5 (Point 15) pro rata
30.75 hours per week
8.45am – 3.30pm (Monday – Friday) with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break
38 weeks a year – term time plus INSET days as required
In this dynamic position, you will have the opportunity to support children on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, while collaborating with the SENDCo and SLT to plan and tailor learning to meet the children’s needs. You will ensure exceptional care and high-quality provision for the children and will be responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day operation of nurture spaces making a meaningful impact on the lives of the children within our school.
Key duties include but are not limited to planning activities, maintaining assessment records and supporting the writing of reports.
