- Be flexible and able to use own initiative
- Have experience supporting children with behavioural, social, or emotional needs working 1:1 and with small groups
- Be able to implement behaviour management strategies and support individual learning plans.
- Have experience of working closely with teaching staff to create a positive and inclusive environment.
- Have experience of monitoring progress and providing feedback to the class teacher and SENCO.

We are looking to recruit a motivated and reliable Behaviour Support Worker to join our caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic staff team as soon as possible.
The Behaviour Support Worker will be supporting children with behavioural, social, and emotional needs to help them achieve their potential in a safe and supportive environment. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate their reliability and commitment to the role and be able to build strong relationships with staff and children. The role is initially temporary until 31st August 2026 working 8:30am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday, term time only. Additional hours will be paid for attending staff training days.
