The successful candidate will help create a safe, stimulating, and enjoyable setting for our pupils while supporting the daily running of the club. Duties will include preparing and serving breakfast, setting up and leading activities, supervising children, promoting positive behaviour, and ensuring high standards of safeguarding, welfare, and care at all times.
We are looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working with children and building positive relationships.
- Is caring, enthusiastic, and approachable.
- Can work effectively as part of a team.
- Has a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing.
- Is reliable, organised, and able to use their initiative.
- Shares our values of inclusion, respect, and high expectations for all children.
In return, Aragon Primary School offers:
- Friendly and supportive colleagues.
- Wonderful children who are enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- A welcoming school community.
- Opportunities for training and professional development.
- The chance to make a real difference to children's daily experiences.
