What skills and experience we're looking for

Experience

-Experience of working with primary aged children, preferably in a school setting - A knowledge and understanding of commitment to ensuring the safeguarding of children

Skills

• Ability to work under guidance and on own initiative

• Ability to be creative and flexible in a less timetabled environment

• Ability to relate to, motivate and encourage pupils

• Ability to communicate well

• Ability to work successfully as part of a team Personal characteristics

• Very good record of attendance and punctuality

• Proactive, enthusiastic and flexible attitude

• Ability to fully participate in physical interventions, where appropriate

• Motivation to do your best for the children in your care

• Commitment to ongoing professional development
