The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) wish to recruit a reactive Building Services Manager to work across the schools within the Trust. The successful candidate will demonstrate an excellent level of customer service and will be committed to providing security and safety across all our sites. The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) are a forward thinking and innovative Multi Academy Trust (MAT). We have fantastic pupils and staff, supportive Trustees and Academy Representatives and a great community. We wish to appoint an Building Services Manager to provide a clean, safe and secure environment for users of our school buildings and grounds.

We are passionate about children’s learning, creative in our approach and constantly reflective in our philosophy. We are a developing MAT that is growing steadily, and our group of Schools consist of Prince Albert Primary School, Heathfield Primary School, Highfield J&I School, Birchfield Primary School, Sutton Park Primary School, Lakey Lane and PA High School.

PACT require the successful candidate to have:

  • Experience of using power tools
  • Knowledge of maintenance and cleaning techniques
  • Able to accept and follow instructions from SLT, Directors and Building Services Manager
  • Flexible to working shift patterns when required
  • Basic IT skills
