Building Site Supervisor job summary
The Building Site Supervisor, working alongside the Site Manager, provides supervision of the school site, ensuring it is safe, secure and efficiently maintained. The role includes managing repairs and maintenance, cleaning and security and supporting the Site Manager to coordinate building projects as required. The role supports the smooth day-to-day running of the premises and facilitates additional uses of the building outside normal hours, supervising and coordinating site staff and contractors as required. Previous Health & Safety training would be advantageous but is not essential as training can be provided. Site experience of some description is required.
