Business Administration Apprentice (Level 3) job summary
Three Spires is seeking an enthusiastic, well organised individual to provide administrative support to its Education and Inclusion teams.
The successful candidate will study a level three business administration programme and be guaranteed the equivalent of one day per week to their studies in addition to other learning opportunities in the organisation. This position is offered on a temporary basis for 18 months in line with the apprenticeship programme.
Duties will include providing general administration to members of each team including but not limited to:
- General reception duties including answering the telephone and welcoming visitors to the Trust
- Preparation of documentation and training resources
- Coordination of meetings, networks and events
- Minute taking
- Providing data reports using various management information systems
